Action:
1) Extracted from the plant Artemesia Annua L (sweet wormwood, also known as the Chinese herbal Qinghao), Artemisinin has been used for centuries to kill parasites, particularly worms and flukes.
2) WHO Approves Artemisinin for Malaria in Africa.
3) Wormwood is used primarily for liver, gall bladder and stomach ailments, as well as to expel intestinal worms, hence the common name. It may be used alone or in combination with other herbs.
